WHAT IS THIS ONE UNDERVALUED DIVIDEND SINGAPORE STOCK THAT GAINED 12% WEEK TO DATE?

Dear readers, one Singapore stock has gained 12% in capital gain this week as of yesterday.

This stock closed at $0.255 on 4 Feb 2022 and by yesterday (9 Feb 2022), has gained a further 12% to close at  $0.285.  The stock is undervalued with a  Price-to-Book of 0.598 and has a current dividend yield of 2.743%.

There has not been any specific company announcement that has driven the stock to this high level this week and based on the technical chart, the stock is currently overbought.
