Dear readers, the main highlight for the Singapore stocks markets this week was none other than the further Covid-19 re-opening of Singapore economy as announced by Prime Minister Lee on Thursday 24 Mar 2022.
Beside aviation-related stocks which have obviously rallied, let us take a look at the top ten Straits Times Index (STI) stocks which are top gainers for the week and their weekly gains as follows:
DairyFarm stock: 10.04%
SATS stock: 7.34%
SIA stock: 5.81%
Genting Singapore stock: 5.81%
YangZiJiang stock: 5.80%
Venture stock: 5.63%
Jardine Matheson Holdings stock: 5.21%
City Development stock: 5.15%
Jardine C&C stock: 4.87%
Wilmar International stock: 4.33%
The remaining STI stocks (as per the list below) gained 0.25% to 4.26%:

Capitaland Integrated Commercial Trust

There was non STI stocks which had a negative weekly price gain this week. The worst performance goes to Keppel DC Reit which remains unchanged in price for the week.
