Yes, that’s right, stocks with a Price-to-Book ratio of below 1.
I still recall undervalued stocks used to be a hype in earlier years, but now seems not so. This is because the stocks environments have become more dynamic and unlike before. Some undervalued stocks will remain undervalued for years and there is no guarantee that these stocks will head north eventually, especially within investors’ holding period.
Below are the seven undervalued STI stocks as at 8 Apr 2022:
