Dear readers, last week, I shared with readers how my favorite Bak Chor Mee and Crispy Fried Chicken set have all gone up in price from 10% for my favourite crispy chicken set to 20% for my favorite Bak Chor Mee!
Yesterday, I read how another of my favorite snack, Rich & Good Cake has increased the prices of their cakes by another 20% to 30%.
It seems that more and more outside food stalls have increased their prices and most of them are my favorite food.
I just hope that there will not be another round of increases for the goods and services which have already gone up in prices in recent times with the increase in GST next.
This general price increase for goods and services in recent times is definitely an inflation for me but I am surprised to note how widespread and steep the increase has been.
As always, save as much as you can to stave off the cost of inflation as much as you can.
Also save as much as you can to continue to build up an investment warchest which will make you King (cash is King) when stock markets correct.
