Dear readers, there has been an update in OCBC Internet Banking fixed deposit updates.
OCBC has been offering for quite some time already, 2.70% per annum for fixed deposits transacted at physical branches.
And the rates offered by OCBC for fixed deposits via internet banking is 3.10% per annum.
Currently, based on OCBC webpage , there is a decline in the fixed deposit interest rates via internet banking, the rate is now 3% per annum.
3% per annum these days is really an average interest rates and this hardly gets savers exciting, especially if 3% per annum interest rate applies to fixed deposit of just six months holding period.
And interest rates may still get lower still, given the expected interest rates cut for this year.
