Dear readers, Singapore Budget 2024 will be announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Mr Lawrence Wong today (16 Feb 2024).
Today (16 Feb 2024) also happens to be the seventh day of the first Chinese Lunar Month and is called “Ren Ri”, which in gist, is the birthday of everyone!
Will Singapore Budget 2024, to be announced on Ren Ri be a Ren Ri budget for everyone?
Well, I do think that the Singapore Budget 2024 will be a Ren Ri budget for everyone as in my opinion, I think the government could be rolling out measures that will help to tackle the higher costs of living these days.
We will find out at 1530 hours when Finance Minister, Mr Lawrence Wong delivers the Singapore Budget 2024 in Parliament.
On a personal note, I do wish for some more CDC vouchers to help offset some of the high cost of living here. I really appreciate and am Thankful for the CDC vouchers as they really come in handy, especially when buying the many groceries during the Chinese New Year period.
