Dear reader, there was a condominium (condo) unit sold in Singapore District 10 recently that made it the most expensive condo sold in recent times.
Between Feb 25 to Mar 10 2021, it was reported that there was a unit sold at Le Nouvel Ardmore for S$16.88 million. That selling price tag alone easily qualifies the condo transaction as one of the most expensive transactions around. But for a more balanced metric, we are looking at S$ per square foot (psf) of the sale transaction.
At 4,058 square foot, the S$psf of the condo transaction worked out to a whopping S$4,058 psf for the condo sold. This also makes the sale price of this condo the highest based on psf in recent times.
