Dear readers, the condo and apartment selling prices in Singapore District 26 in Yio Chu Kang and Tagore areas are as follows.
The cheapest condominium sold (based on lowest psf) is at Seasons Park condominium. The selling price of the condominium was at $1.166m based on a 1,291 sq foot area which translates into a psf of $903.
The most expensive apartment (freehold) sold (based on highest psf) is at The Brooks I &II. The selling price of the apartment was at $0.90m based on a 603 sq foot area which translates into a psf of $1,492.
