WUHAN FLU VIRUS: WHAT SHOULD INVESTORS DO?

Dear readers, Singapore has just confirmed its first case of WuHan flu infection just as Wuhan flu continued to spread to more parts of the world. Yesterday night, when I watched the Channel 8 News, about 90% of the contents were on Wuhan flu. Looking at the coverage, it seems that this Wuhan flu episode will get worse before it gets better.

Stocks markets have been spooked by the Wuhan flu episode so much so that many stocks markets have inched down. As of yesterday, the 2020-to-date gain for the Singapore stocks index was 0.36% and if the Wuhan flu episode were to continue, I am afraid the little gains that Singapore stocks have for this year-to-date may soon go into the negative terriority.

It is on the current backdrop that investors should wait for a clearer stocks markets outlook before putting any new capital into the stocks markets.

That’s it for my insights today.  I Thank you once again for your support of SG STOCKS INVESTING, your Money and Lifestyle magazine! Connect with me here to follow the daily exciting and useful posts on these two blogs, Thank You for your support!
