Dear readers, there were two recent transactions where two freehold condominiums were sold at over Singapore $10 million each.
A 6,575 square foot FreeHold condominium at Yong An Park in District 9 was sold at $12.5 million on 3 Sep 2021, translating into a sale of $1,901 per square foot.
Yong An Park condo comprised 288 units and was completed in 1986.
Over at District 15, a 5,672 square foot FreeHold condominium at MeyerHouse in District 15 was sold at $13.493 million on 4 Sep 2021, translating into a sale of $2,378 per square foot.
Meyerhouse condo comprises 56 units and is scheduled to be completed in year 2024.
