Dear readers, it has been some time since we last talked about properties. In this post today, let us take a look at 2 District 5 condominiums that were sold at less than $1,000 per square foot (psf).
A 99-year-lease unit in West Bay condominium was sold on 30 Aug 2021 at $805,000. Measuring 872 square foot, the price sold translated into $923 psf.
West Bay condominium was completed in year 1994 and comprised 318 units across 7 floors.
In the same district (District 5), another 99-year-lease unit was sold at Westcove condominium on 31 Aug 2021 at $1,065. With an area of 1,141 square foot, the price sold was at $933 psf.
Westcove condominium was completed in year 2000 and comprised 234 units across 7 floors.
As comparison, the selling prices psf of 99-year-lease District 5 condominiums are in the range of $1,294 psf to $1,924 psf for property transactions between 26 Aug and 7 Sep 2021.
