Dear readers, does 2.5% per annum interest rate on your savings account sound attractive to you?
Well, it could be, considering many other savings accounts provide just 0.05% per annum on the savings deposits.
One of Singapore’s digital banks, Trust Bank is offering 2.5% per annum for the first $125,000 saving deposits if you hold a Trust card and are a NTUC Union Member, or 2% per annum if you are not a NTUC Union Member (more details here).
Apart from Fixed Deposits and some Money Market Funds, Trust Bank’s savings rate is indeed one of the highest savings rates on town! Especially in this current environment when Singaporeans are looking at high interests to grow their monies risk-free!
