Dear readers, today, OCBC banking services have had some glitches and this resulted in quite a fair bit of inconveniences for many customers accessing its services both online and offline.
What is at least decent was that the affected services were restored in hours.
From time to time, we have had banking service glitches and this is understandable as we are after all talking about systems, just hope that there will be fewer such instances going forward.
Every banking glitch is a reminder that all of us should do some offline backups. Offline backup of one’s savings with the bank. Simple method like screenshots and print to PDF for webpages will be valuable in the dire event that transactions go awry in events of future banking glitches.
