Dear readers, let us reveal three Straits Times Index (STI) dividends kings in the first half of Year 2021.
In third place for STI stocks with the highest 12-month yield, is HongKong Land Holdings stock. HongKong Land Holdings stock currently offers a 12-month yield of 4.6%. The stock is also currently undervalued with a Price-to-Book ratio of 0.31.
In second place, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust with a 12-month yield of 4.8%. Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust provides a year-to-date capital gain of 5.2%.
And the top STI dividend King is Mapletree Commercial Trust with a 12-month yield of 4.9%.
There we have, the three STI dividends Kings in the first half of Year 2021. It is not surprising that two of the three Kings are Trusts given the typically high dividend rate of Trusts.
