Where to get such low-price condominium that also comes with a Freehold premium, you may be thinking? Without further ado, let us dive deep into the property topic for today.
On 22 Jun 2021, there was a property transaction involving a FreeHold Condominium. With a size of 2,463 square foot (which is really spacious), the FreeHold condominium was sold at $1,850,000. The sale effectively translated into a sales of just $751 PSF for the Freehold condominium.
Just where exactly is this condominium? I heard you asking. Well, the condominium is none other than Edelweiss Park condominium in District 17.
Specifically, as you may know, District 17 are the Flora Drive, Loyang and Changi areas. Edelweiss Park condominium is located in Flora Road, consisting of 517 units across 8 floors. The condominium was completed in year 2006.
