Dear readers, there was a Freehold condominium unit in District 11 that was sold at less than a million Singapore dollars recently.
The Freehold condo unit was sold on 30 Jul 21 for S$720,000 at The Medge condominium.
The Medge condo at 2 Minbu Road is a condo close to Novena MRT station. The condo comprises 44 units across 16 levels and completed in year 2007.
At 463 square foot, the sale tag of S$720,000 translates into a selling price of $1,556 per square foot (psf). The selling price of $1,556 per square foot was not the lowest selling price psf for the Freehold condo sale transactions between 29 Jul to 11 Aug 21.
The lowest selling price psf went to a 3,239 sq foot Freehold unit in Tan Tong Meng Tower that was sold at $3,700,000 or $1,142 psf.
