STRAITS TIMES INDEX (STI) STOCKS: SEVEN OVERSOLD, THREE OVERBOUGHT NOW!

Dear readers, there are currently seven oversold and three overbought Straits Times Index (STI) stocks right now. Before we go into the names of these oversold and overbought Straits Times Index (STI) stocks, please let me say something about the Singapore stocks markets.

The Singapore stocks markets benchmark indicator Straits Times Index closed yesterday at 2,545.51 after fluctuating around the 2,500 level mark in recent sessions. This is unsurprising to me since like what I have shared with readers before on SG Stocks Investing, the 2,500 level is a support level for which the Straits Times Index will trade around for quite some time before a clearer direction is established. And that in my view, will be a downward direction towards the 2,000 level finally. But before the Straits Times Index go to the 2,000 level which I predicted, the STI will definitely have to clear the 2,400 level, 2,300 level and so on then to the 2,000 level.

Okay, without further ado, let us take a look at the oversold and overbought Straits Times Index (STI) stocks right now. Please remember that oversold stocks do not necessarily mean that these stocks will rebound soon. On the same note, overbought stocks do not necessarily mean that these stocks will correct next. What determines the path of the Straits Times Index stocks are how the US and China stocks markets behave since Singapore as a small market is a price-taker.
