Dear readers, let us take a look at Six Singapore Reits and Trusts that are Oversold now. Each of these Reits and Trusts is oversold with a RSI of below 30 and they are:
- First Reit
- HPH USD Trust
- Keppel Reit
- Mapletree NAC Trust
- Sabana Reit
- SPH Reit
First Reit is now trading near multi-year lows. For the other Reits and Trusts, their stock price seem poised to head south further. These Reits and Trusts are trading at these prices for various reasons. Investors should do their own due diligence before investing in any of these.
Based on the performance of Singapore Reits and Trusts, investors should already know that there is only a handful of Reits and Trusts that give a good and decent performance in terms of capital upside and dividend yields. Do not go into any Reit or Trust based simply on the high yield perception. What is high yield if your capital keeps going down and down?
