Dear readers, last week, we read of plans of a possible merger between Frasers Logistics and Frasers Commercial Trust. As shared in SG Stocks Investing, any merger among the Reits and Trusts on the local bourse could always be possible since in my opinion, better efficiencies and the benefits of having a larger scale could be unlocked.
In this post, let us take a look at the other pairs of Reits and Trusts owned by the same company. Who knows these Reits and Trusts could be similarly merged in the future. These Reits and Trusts are:
1. CapitaMall Trust, CapitaCommercial Trust,Capita Retail China Trust (anyone remember CapitaMall Asia?)
2. Fraser Commercial Trust, Fraser Centrepoint Trust, Fraser Logistics Trust, Frasers Hospitality Trust
3. Keppel Pacific Oak Reit USD, Keppel DC Reit, Keppel Reit, Keppel Infrastructure Trust
4. Mapletree Commercial Trust, Mapletree Industrial Trust, Mapletree Logistics Trust, Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust
5. Ascendas Hospitality Trust, Ascendas Industrial Trust
