Dear readers, today is Christmas and I wish All who celebrate Christmas a Merry Christmas and All a Happy Public Holiday!
If there is a festive message which I would like to share with All of You, I would, for once, ignore all the festive cliché and just want to stress the importance of Health for All of us in the upcoming New Year!
Over the year-to-date, I have seen, up, close and personal how Health is important through personal experiences and others’ accounts.
Health is something that I believe All of us should try our Best to maintain, be it through diet, exercise and adequate rest. Health may be some thing some take for granted until too late.
It is also important to undergo regular health screenings to deter certain diseases that may go undetected and may pose serious health risks if they enter into the late stages. So, why not go for a health screening in the coming new year, if it has been some time since you go for one?
