HOW MUCH WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO PAY FOR YOUR COFFEE?

Dear readers, I am a coffee lover. Hence from time to time, you would have notice posts related to my coffee drinking habit on this blog.

Post such as a very strong coffee from a hawker centre at just simply $1!

And how I have given tips when it comes to ordering an iced coffee outside as per this post here.

I make my own coffee (kopi-O) on most weekdays before starting a busy day of work.

I make my own coffee using a coffee sock and traditional coffee powder and it tastes Great! Not to mention not putting any milk in the coffee to make for a healthier drink.

Recently, I was outside and feeling lethargic, naturally craving for a nice good coffee, specifically an iced one since the weather has been hot and humid these days.

I paid for a take-away large iced coffee from a popular traditional coffee chain and was caught surprised at how much I paid: $3.90!  Curious, I took a look at the menu displayed in the café to breakdown this price:

Hot coffee: $2.50

With ice: added $1.30 more

Takeaway: added $0.10 more

But for the quality of the coffee, I had no complaints: the amount and quality were there and even the ice cubes seem to melt so slow hence keeping the coffee cooled for a prolonged period.

And best of all, the coffee is not as milky as what I would have gotten from a western coffee chain and at higher prices!
