Dear investors, how could you profit from the stocks markets now? The stocks markets as you could see from the major overseas markets are really volatile. To profit from the stocks markets now, we need to know what is going on for the stocks markets.
In my opinion, there are just three things happening in the stocks markets now:
1) Interest rates all over the world are low
2) As a result of the low interest rates, many investors are flocking to stocks markets for better yields. The creation of some trading apps further facilitates investors’ entry to the stocks markets
3) On the macro front, the global economy is showing signs of uncertainty and slowing and there are risks of financial meltdown, catalysed by geo-political factors
That is why stocks markets are still making new highs while the global economical outlook is bearish. Yes, this is ironical but this is happening.
To profit from the stocks markets now, investors must consider your investing capital as seeds to be planted (or invested) at the most optimal scenario.
The most optimal scenario is when the sunlight is the strongest after all the dark clouds and heavy storm pass (i.e. at the bottom of financial markets corrections when stocks markets are recovering).
And in the interim, do not fall for higher yields from stocks. What is higher yields when stock prices are going down? On the converse, I encourage you to Save more. Every monies saved is every monies earned. The more you Save, the bigger your investment warchest is and the larger your investment profit is when you invest these capital at the bottom of the stocks market corrections.
