Dear readers, there was a recent property transaction in the first half of Jun 2021 that was quite noteworthy.
A freehold condominium (condo) was sold in District 14 for less than S$1 million. And not only that, on a per square foot basis, the Fern Lodge condominium, at a size of 990 square foot was sold at S$870,000 or S$878 per square foot (psf).
This is one of the lowest price on psf basis in recent months that a freehold property has been transacted.
