Dear readers, let us look at one freehold condominium that was sold at less than $1,000 per square foot (psf) among the property transactions dated 15 to 27 July 2021.
The Verve is a Freehold condominium in District 12 (Toa Payoh, Serangoon and Balestier). The Freehold condominium was completed in Year 2012 and consisted of 106 units over 19 floors.
There was a unit at The Verve which was transacted between 15 to 27 July 2021 at $1.33m. The freehold unit of 1,485 square foot was hence effectively sold at $895 psf, which effectively made it as one of the cheapest FreeHold condominiums sold in recent times.
