Dear readers, it has been some time since we last conducted a screening of Singapore stocks to suss out Singapore stocks with good fundamentals. In this post, let us screen all the Singapore stocks on SGX with:
a dividend yield of more than 6%;
a return-on-equity of more than 15%
Will it be of interest to you what Singapore stocks will be churned out as a result of the stock screening based on the above attributes? Well, here are the five stocks which fulfil the criteria of more than 6% dividend yield and more than 15% return-on-equity:
1)Hafary
2)IREIT Global
3)Pan Hong
4)Sasseur Reit
5) Starhub
But, as a caveat, no doubt the above stocks are churned out by the stock screener, it will be great for investors to do due diligence on which stock to determine whether the high dividend is due to stock price going low or whether the high dividend has been sustainable.
