Dear readers, in this post, let me share with you one condominium that is among the cheapest right now.
Based on the contract dates between 12 Aug to 25 Aug 2021 among the property transactions here, there was one condominium which was sold at just S$673 per square foot (psf).
This condominium located at District 25 is none other than a 1,248 square foot NorthOaks condominium. Selling at a price of S$840,000, the selling price effectively translated into a selling price of just S$673.
NorthOaks condominium is a condominium in Woodlands and completed in Year 2001.
