Dear readers, I have just received a mail notification on the $300 worth of CDC vouchers that each Singaporean household will receive in 2023.
What is worth highlighting from the notification is that this year, supermarkets have joined the CDC Vouchers Scheme, such that $150 of the vouchers can be spent at participating supermarkets and the other $150 at participating hawker stalls and shops.
The vouchers will be valid until 31 Dec 2023 and more details as well as the terms and conditions on the use of the vouchers can be found at vouchers.cdc.gov.sg.
The vouchers can also be redeemed at go.gov.sg/cdcvouchers.
With the increase of GST by another 1 % to 8%, I feel grateful to receive the CDC vouchers as it will allow me and my family to offset the high cost of living in Singapore.
