Sep-23: 3.06% per annum
Oct-23: 3.16% per annum
Nov-23: 3.32% per annum
Dec-23: 3.40% per annum
Jan-24: 3.07% per annum
Feb 24: 2.81% per annum
Mar 24: 2.88% per annum
From Dec 23 Singapore Savings Bonds on, the average 10-year interest rates of the successive Singapore Savings Bonds has been on a decline till Feb 24.
The Mar 24 Singapore Savings Bonds surprised many for its average 10-year interest rates took on an unexpected turn north.
Going forward, will the average 10-year interest rate of Singapore Savings Bonds, specifically for Apr 24 Singapore Savings Bonds ever reach what is the psychological 3% per annum mark?
There may be a possibility but I don’t think it will be that quickly and direct to 3% per annum for Apr 24 Singapore Savings Bonds.
Perhaps at best, a 2.90% to 2.95% per annum for Apr 24 Singapore Savings Bonds first.
