Dear readers, yesterday it was announced that the 2021 Year-End Civil Service Bonus will be one full month over and above the thirteen-month salary. In addition, officers in junior grades will get another $500. In my opinion, this one full month of bonus is a good one since the quantum far exceeded my prediction of 0.60 months as shared in an earlier post.
Congratulations to All Civil Servants! I think the quantum of the bonus paid out to civil servants will be referenced by the private sector as well and it may be possible that the private sector will also pay good bonuses to employees!
