Dear readers, after the Straits Times Index (STI) reached 3,017.15 on 21 Jan 2021, the STI has somehow pulled back from the 3,000 level. The STI closed at 2,973.65 yesterday (25 Jan 2021) and it seems that the 3,000 psychological level remains a firm resistance.
The STI is still at overbought level and so are the seven STI stocks below.
Ascendas Reit
DairyFarm USD stock
HongKongLand USD stock
Jardine C&C stock
JSH stock
Thai Beverages stock
Wilmar stock
While it may not always be a given that overbought stocks will be poised to head south next, investors may just want to note that these seven stocks are currently trading at overbought levels.
