Dear readers, are you tired from working too hard and desires for some relaxation?
As an employee myself, who has been working very hard and for long hours, I recognise the need and want to rest, recharge and rejuvenate myself.
Every day, I try to add some nice routine wherever possible as a little break from work.
These little nice routines would include having a good meal at a hawker centre before taking on the full demands of work.
Or going for a nice jog to destress after a heavy day of work.
And sometimes, I go for wellness spa and massage to pamper myself a little.

In these current days of high prices and inflation, I recognise the need to save and spend less. And I also recognise the need to sometime pamper ourselves a little. That is why, on balance, would recommend everyone to keep a financial spreadsheet to track one’s savings and expenditures.
