What are the Singapore Stocks to buy now? Taking a look at the local stocks markets, the Straits Times Index is oversold and with it, there are more Straits Times constituent stocks that are currently oversold: those stock names shaded in dark blue in the stocks map above.
Will these oversold Straits Times Index stocks answer investors’ question on what Singapore stocks to buy now? Of course, stocks being oversold often imply that getting these stocks at current prices may be attractive but the market trend may be such that the price of such oversold stocks may get even lower.
And there is the question of the fundamentals. Some of these STI constituent stocks may be having their fundamentals going down and that there is no compelling case for bullishness going forward.
My advice is for investors to invest in those oversold stocks outlined in this post if pretty much, they can understand the fundamentals of the stocks now and are bullish about them over the longer period of time. But however, if investors would just wish to invest a little at this current time, my advice will be to go in tranches into the Straits Times Index ETF which has a risk diversification allocation.
