Dear readers, when it comes to properties, Singaporeans are always on the lookout (budget permitting) for the next new condominiums on the market, be it for purposes of upgrading or investment.
But what happens, when you have paid for the new condo, only to find that the developers of the condo could no longer complete the condo project that was still under construction?
This is what happened to some property owners in China when they were greeted with developers exiting from the construction of the condominium half-way!

It is disheartening to see one of the property owners trying to make do with his half-constructed condo unit which was still in the form of bare steel, concrete and mud.
