Dear readers, two Straits Times Index (STI) stocks have recently been oversold. Each of the two stocks is currently trading below the RSI of 30 .
These two stocks are:
Keppel DC Reit
Mapletree Logistics Trust
For Keppel DC Reit, the current stock price of $2.56 is nearly 20% down its 52-week high of $3.16! As for Mapletree Logistics Trust, the same magnitude of southing is experienced as Mapletree Logistics Trust went from $2.21 (its 52-week high) to the current $1.80. With US interest rate, dollar and inflation going up, will Singapore’s Reits and Trusts continue to get beaten down?
