In this post, let me share with you two CXXX trends that will shape the markets coming.
I call these two trends the CXXX trends because the name of each trend begins with a ‘C’ and is a four-digit word.
Are you ready to discover these two trends?
The first trend is COOL, think cooling measures for the property markets.
Property prices have been going higher and higher and many believe the government is going to introduce some cooling measures soon.
To me, it is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Many would-be homeowners who think more cooling measures are coming think it will be harder for them to foot the payment of their second or multiple properties with the cooling measures. Hence these homeowners are buying the properties now, this in turn drive up prices.
The next trend is actually the opposite: CRASH, think of stock market corrections crash.
To be honest, no investor likes it but we have to face the fact. What goes up cannot go up perpetually. Same for the stock markets.
At one point, the stock markets are going to crash and I hope you will be prepared for it when the stock market crash comes along.
