Dear readers, we are into the first few days of Year 2024.
For this new year, I aim to do something new each week, outside of work.
I believe doing something new each week means that in a year, we will be doing 52 new things and that has the potential to transform life for the positive (yes, doing something positive every week).
For this week, first week of the year, I have finally managed to resume my jogging and swimming after a really long hiatus!
This long hiatus stemmed from a period of lethargy, inactivity last year. And when I had wanted to swim and jog, following the hiatus, the incessant rain postponed my resuming of the activities.
It feels Great to be able to swim and jog after so long!
