Dear readers, in today’s post, let me share three oversold Singapore Reits and Trusts. Each of these three Reits and Trusts is Oversold with a RSI of below 30. The three Reits and Trusts are:
Ascendas Reit
IReit Global
Mapletree Industrial Trust
While the RSI of these three Reits and Trusts register them as oversold, the fact is that each of these Reits and Trusts are currently still trading at high prices. The recent selling of the stocks have rendered them oversold. Oversold stocks do not necessarily means that these stocks present an attractive buying opportunity and are poised to rebound next.
Instead, I have been tracking the oversold Straits Times Index stocks as well as oversold Singapore Reits and Trusts to get a sense of how the stocks markets are like.
