Dear readers, how time flies!
National Day and the long weekends are over and so are the very festive weekends that have had many Singaporeans and I glued over televisions for not just for our Singapore’s National Day celebrations, but also for Max, Singapore’s newly minted Olympic medalist on his quest for medal (and for Gold to be more precise, earlier in the finals).
Whenever National Day is over, I just feel that the rest of the year will come at a faster pace and then soon it will be Christmas!
As usual National Day this year comes with a number of promotions from merchants and the following three were the ones which I had enjoyed:
First, a cup of Kopi Gao (thick coffee) from Heavenly Wang at just 59 cents on National Day.
Second, a cup of Mao Shan Wang Durian Mr Coconut drink at $5.90 (discounted price) on National Day too.
And just today, I bought a 500-gram packet of Fragrance Bak Kwa at $13.50, which is 59% discount off the usual price.
There were other attractive promotions related to National Day and it is good for our wallets to be selective to pay for only the promotion deals which we want.
