Dear readers, there were three recent condominium transactions that translated into a sale tag of less than $700 per square foot. Let us take a look below.
Melville Park (District 18), transacted on 9 Sep 2021: a 1,303 square foot condo unit sold at $890,000 or $683 per square foot (psf). Melville Park was completed in Year 1996.
Lakeside Tower (District 22), transacted on 9 Sep 2021: a 1,970 square foot condo unit sold at $1,373,000 or $697 per square foot (psf). Lakeside Tower was completed in Year 1981.
The Floravale (District 22), transacted on 21 Sep 2021: a 1,335 square foot condo unit sold at $860,000 or $644 per square foot (psf). The Floravale was completed in Year 2000.
The aforementioned condo units are spacious enough with a very affordable price tag, if you don’t mind the age of the condo.
