Dear readers, there was a transaction made in late Mar 2021 for a 999-year old condominium (condo) unit at The Wharf Residence. The transacted price for the condo unit was s$6,000,000 which makes the transaction one of the priciest in recent months.
However, the condo unit stands at a spacious 4,133 square foot. Hence, the transacted price works out to S$1,451 per square foot which makes the transaction the lowest in terms of price per square foot for Singapore’s District 9 condominiums.
