Dear readers, let us take a look at the Straits Times Index (STI) constituent stocks which are Oversold and Overbought as at 31 Jan 2025.
There are three Oversold STI stocks.
First up on the Oversold STI stocks list: Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT).
MIT closed at $2.10 per share on 31 Jan 25, down 2.33% for the day. At the current price, MIT is trading at where it was in Jul 24.
Next up, we have Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT), another trust from the Mapletree family which was also oversold. MLT traded at $1.22 as at last Friday and this was the level the trust traded back in Mar 2020. MLT is currently undervalue at a Price-to-Book ratio of 0.863.
Last but not least, we have SATS stock which is also currently Oversold. SATS stock is currently trading at $3.39 per share.
On the other side of the spectrum, we have a STI stock which is currently Overbought. This stock is none other than Singtel stock which is currently trading at $3.33. If the upward price trajectory is to continue, Singtel stock looks set to test the recent all-years high price which was reached in Sep 2024.
