Dear readers, it is time to take a look at the top weekly gainers of the Straits Times Index (STI) stocks for the trading week ended 15 Jan 2021. Without another further ado, the top three STI top weekly gainers (with their weekly gains) are:
1) Jardine C&C stock (9%)
2) HongKong Land stock (7.21%)
3) Jardine Strategic Holdings stock (6.08%)
These three Hong Kong -centric stocks have been laggards for such a long time, especially HongKong Land which has remained the most undervalued STI stock for a long time already. It seems to me that investors are showing some interest in these Hong Kong plays!
