Dear readers, Starbucks stock traded at US$88.49 on 30 Apr 24 and on the following day, the stock crashed to US$74.44, giving up 15.9% in just 1 single day!
The reason? Starbucks’ company earnings update showed a 2% decline on the top-line and also earnings that missed expectations.
As of 8 May 24, Starbuck price was US $72.50 which sent the stock back to the price level that the stock last reached in June 2022.
