Dear readers, are you doing a double take on the above title of this blog post? Yes, you should. For the investing strategy of Singapore Stocks Investing is encapsulated in this tagline “Stable STI Core, Multi-bagged by Selective International Stocks Picks”. So how could it be that the “multi-bagged” has now become “multi-begged”?
Well, the aforementioned could be so if one of Donald Trump’s suggestion goes ahead. Which suggestion of the many suggestions of Donald Trump do I mean? Well, it is really Donald Trump’s threat to delist those Chinese stocks listed on the US Chinese stocks exchange.
And that would affect my selective international stocks which have the potential to be multi-bagged that I own. Names like JD.com stock and Baozun stock; these could be multi-beggers if Donald Trump’s suggestion takes effect. As per my view, I don’t think the suggested delisting will take place.
