Dear readers, be prudent when signing up for courses using your Skillsfuture Credits!
Whenever I am outside, I come across mini career fair booths and sales personnel asking whether I have used my SkillsFuture Credits. They touted those new buzzwords like “AI” as if to attract me to sign up for their courses.
Or what about learning e-commerce? Unsurprising, E-commerce is another field targeted by course marketers to many as this is also a buzzing area.
If AI and e-commerce will benefit someone in their careers, by all means, go for the courses after doing the required due diligence. Just that I hope everyone is discerning not to fall prey to marketing talks.
It is important to sign up for courses which will help us in our careers and don’t let our Skillsfuture credits go to waste on a course that do not benefit us.
