Some investors are likely to ask whether they can still invest into the current rally as the gains by the STI stocks seem to be significant. And the investors may be scared that the rally will lose steam ahead. This is a valid question but how come some investors do not ask whether they should invest when the stock markets were flat and quiet before the market rally?
