Dear readers, Forbes has just released its most recent list of the richest individuals including the top 50 richest in Singapore. Mr Li Xiting who is in the medical devices industry is Singapore’s richest at US$23 Billion. I still remember just last year, HaiDiLao’s founder Zhang Yong was Singapore’s richest. I believe Mr Li’s ascent to the top of Singapore’s richest was also in part brought about by the demand in healthcare products arising from the current Covid-19 pandemic.
