SINGAPORE STOCKS DOWN 1.27%, WHAT’S NEXT?

Dear readers, Singapore stocks as measured by the Straits Times Index (STI) went down by 1.27% in today’s session. From the reports which I read, the southing of the STI was not unexpected as the STI performance tracked overnight losses on wall streets.

The five top losers for today’s Singapore stocks session are:

  1. JMH stock: -3.87%
  2. Jardine C&C: -2.48%
  3. Mapletree Logistics Trust: -2.37%
  4. Ascendas Reit: -1.94%
  5. CapitaLand International Commercial Trust -1.92%

Both Keppel DC Reit and Thai Beverages were unchanged.

HongKong Land stock bucked the trend, closing higher at 2.33%.

I am not surprised at the performance of today’s Straits Times Index performance as I have just shared recently that there was already some technical justification for the worsening of the Straits Times Index to come.

In tomorrow’s post, I will share with you some more details, stay tuned to my post!
