Cubik (District 15): a 484 Freehold square foot condominium unit was sold on 20 Mar 25 at $828,000. This sale translated into a selling price of $1,709 per square foot.

Alexis (District 3): a 517 Freehold square foot condominium unit was sold on 21 Mar 25 at $982,000. This sale translated into a selling price of $1,901 per square foot.
