Dear readers, in this post, let us take a look at the condominiums in District 28 Seletar and Yio Chu Kang for the cheapest and most expensive condominium prices for property transactions between 13 to 25 May 2021.
CHEAPEST CONDOMINIUM:

HIGH PARK RESIDENCES of 592 Square foot sold at S$759,000 (or S$1,282 psf).
By S$ Per Square Foot (S$PSF)
SUNRISE GARDENS of 1,281 Square foot sold at S$989,000 or S$771 PSF
MOST EXPENSIVE CONDOMINIUM:
By Transacted Price
THE TOPIARY of 1,335 Square foot sold at S$1,365,000 (or S$1,022 psf).
AND By S$ Per Square Foot (S$PSF)
HIGH PARK RESIDENCES of 592 Square foot sold at S$759,000 (or S$1,282 psf).
It certainly feels like Jadescape Condominium is not cheap as compared to its other counterparts in the vicinity.
It is interesting to note that the above High Park Residences condo unit while is one of the cheapest condominium sold in District 28 during middle May 2021, this transaction is actually one of the most expensive transaction in terms of S$ per square foot for the same period.
It seems to me the above Sunrise Gardens condo is a good deal at S$771 PSF with good amount of space at 1,281 Square foot. The condo is also near to Seletar district which will see new developments in time to come though the 99-year old condo is not a new condo as it was built in 1998.
